Story
Vernaio builds AI-enabled products for complex industrial environments, where the system must be clear, reliable, and usable under real constraints. Haris led design end-to-end on Process Booster X (PBX)—shaping how the product behaves, how it communicates AI output, and how humans stay in control while the system learns and recommends. The core design work was not UI decoration, but legibility: turning complex signals and AI decisions into interactions people can understand, validate, and act on with confidence. Through rapid demos and prototypes, the product’s behavior was refined until it felt calm and buildable—ready to live inside real teams and real processes.
Impact
PBX is now in pilot with multiple customers, and the design work has been praised for making a complex product feel clear and trustworthy.
