Story
Stackgini is an enterprise platform designed to help organizations understand and improve complex IT portfolios. Haris led design defining the product vision and core interaction model, then translating it into prototypes that could be tested and iterated quickly. A key design move was turning abstract enterprise data into a spatial, navigable mental model: the portfolio becomes a “city map” people can explore, filter, and reason about. This shift made complexity feel legible helping teams see what matters, where risk accumulates, and what to act on next.
Impact
Stackgini was adopted by several large enterprises and became a key tool in their IT portfolio management processes.
