Story
Hamilton Medical builds medical technology used in critical environments, where clarity and safety are non-negotiable. Haris leads the design theme by creating a company-wide set of Design Guidelines: a design doctrine that defines philosophy, principles, decision logic, and components—so future products are designed and built within one coherent language. A key part of the work is making the standard usable and adoptable: designed not only for designers, but also for developers—and increasingly for AI systems that assist with implementation and consistency checks. The guidelines are continuously refined through demos and testing, feeding real learning back into the standard.
Design & Innovation Lab
Haris designed the concept for a future Design & Innovation Lab, an environment shaped around the design process to support creativity and experimentation.
